Characteristics of machine unit
● The imported semi enclosed twin-screw compressor is selected. Compared with the traditional reciprocating compressor, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, quiet operation, simple operation and long service life.
● World famous refrigeration components are adopted to ensure the quality and stable operation of the unit.
●The evaporator and condenser adopt high-efficiency thread heat exchange copper tube, which has high heat transfer coefficient. At the same time, the evaporation inside the tube and the condensation outside the tube have high heat exchange efficiency, which ensures the good refrigeration performance of the unit.
●Independent refrigeration circuit can be maintained and overhauled independently without affecting the use of the whole machine.
●The unit is controlled by Siemens micro-computer programmable controller, which can timely and accurately control the matching of cooling capacity and cooling load with the compressor subsection energy regulation system, so as to ensure the highest operation efficiency and the lowest energy consumption of the unit, and realize reliable energy-saving operation.
